Automotive Pyrotechnic Booster – Fill, Assemble and Tray Loading Machine
12 station, Cam driven, rotary indexer, transfers pre-loaded tubes from a previous loading machine, through two feeder bowl transfer stations to assemble Igniters into the tubes, topped off with a retainer and crimped in place.
Tubes are bowl fed to a linear transfer feeder and loaded into the nest on a 12 station rotary indexer. The Igniters and fed into the machine from a previous operation and transferred into the tubes. The Retainers are bowl fed through an inline track to a dead nest where they are transferred and placed into the tube. Reject parts are offloaded through a chute to a reject part bin. Good parts are offloaded through a chute to a replaceable good part tray.

- Safety: Meets OSHA Safety Standards. Safety-sensitive areas of this machine are enclosed and accessed through interlocked doors which stop the machine when opened. Emergency Stop controls are provided which stop the machine when activated
