Powder Fill Machine and Crimping Press
Fills Igniter tube (manually loaded into a nest of 8 positions indexed dial plate) with a pre-weighed shot of powder. Caps are bowl fed, loaded, and pressed on the end of igniter tube. Completed assemblies are checked for final weight and cap presence. Good and reject parts are offloaded into their respective tracks.
