- Carbon Monoxide Sensor Test and Packaging Machine
Small carbon monoxide discs are bowl fed to a rotary indexer where they are tested for color and performance and then packaged and sealed into plastic shipping tubes.
Soft sensor cubes are Bowl fed through an inline track to a dead nest where a bar code reader registers the serial number. The accepted Sensors are then transferred into a nest on a 16 position indexed dial plate. Sensor clips are clamped into the nest where optical color and contact sensors are used for a Red, Yellow, & Io test to determine sensor performance. Good sensors are unloaded to packager and rejected sensors are unloaded into individual containers based on the type of failure. Good sensors are packaged into tubes which when full are sealed and offloaded into a bin.
