Door Lock Machine
Door lock cylinders are inserted into the knob and covered with a decorative cap on a fully cam operated indexer with integral pick & placers.
Door Lock Cylinders are bowl fed through an inline track to a dead nest where they are transferred into a nest on an 8 position rotary indexer dial plate. A decorative Cap is bowl fed, transferred, and pressed cap onto the cylinder. Good parts are offloaded onto a conveyor. All pick and place actions are from mechanical cam operated by the indexer.
