Sprinkler Emitter Assembly and Test Machine
Bowl feeds emitter bodies through an inline track and escapes them into a dead track where they are picked and placed into a nest on a 12 position indexed dial plate. Bowl feeds emitter valve flappers through an inline track to a dead track where they are picked and placed into the emitter body.
Vision inspect for proper placement of the valve floppers. Bowl feeds emitter barbs through an inline track and escapes them into a dead track where they are picked and placed into the emitter body. The barb is then ultrasonically welded to the body. Reject parts are blown through a tube into a reject part bin. Good parts are offloaded through a chute to a good part bin.
