Toilet and Sink Hose Assembly Machine
Hose material is fed from a reel to a cut-off station where tape is applied before cutting to eliminate fraying. Ends are then inserted and crimped into place.
Hose material is fed from a reel to a pre-set length. Tape is then wrapped around the hose at the location where it is to be cut. It then indexes to the cutting station where an abrasive saw cuts the hose in the middle of the applied tape. The hose is then taken to a station when ends are automatically bowl fed and inserted into each end. Once in place, the ends are crimped in place. The ends can be all types of configurations, including both male and female connectors.
