Medical Syringe Filling Machine
Bowl feeds syringes with plungers through an inline track to a dead nest then escapes the syringe into a nest on a 12 position indexed dial plate. The syringe is then tested to verify that the plunger is down, filled with media, and a bowl fed Luer tip or an Opalcap with tip is placed on the syringe.
The completed assembly is marked with a lot number and good and rejected assemblies are offloaded into their respective chutes.

- Safety: Meets OSHA Safety Standards. Safety sensitive areas of this machine are enclosed and accessed through interlocked doors which stop the machine when opened. Emergency Stop controls are provided which stop the machine when activated
